Agreement to these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the saved-inquiry features. You may still contact Café Julia through Messenger, Instagram, or email.

If you use this service for a business, organization, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use by a minor.

Inquiries are not confirmed orders

Saving or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, confirm availability, create an order, or require Café Julia to accept a request. An order becomes confirmed only when Café Julia expressly agrees with you on the scope, availability, price, payment or deposit requirements, and other order details.

Website descriptions and gallery images are examples and general information. Availability, design feasibility, portions, ingredients, pricing, lead time, pickup or delivery arrangements, and other details may vary and will be confirmed for each order.

Custom designs and order-specific terms

Because cakes and dessert buffets are customized, Café Julia may provide additional written terms for an order, including deposits, payment deadlines, revisions, cancellations, refunds, delivery, setup, storage, and collection. Those agreed order-specific terms control if they conflict with these general website terms.

Reference images communicate inspiration and do not guarantee an exact reproduction. Handmade products may have natural variations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to share or request the use of reference images, names, logos, characters, or other protected material.

Please disclose relevant dietary or allergen concerns when inquiring. Café Julia will discuss available options, but no dietary, allergen, or cross-contact representation applies unless it is expressly confirmed for your order.

Accounts and information you provide

Google sign-in is optional and is used only to support saved inquiries. You agree to provide information that is accurate and appropriate for your request, keep access to your Google account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

You retain ownership of the inquiry content you provide. You give Café Julia permission to store, process, and share it with our service providers as reasonably needed to operate the service and respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy.

This website does not accept online payment in its current version. Never place card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to:

• submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content;
• impersonate another person or send knowingly false inquiries;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, or availability;
• introduce malware or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the service; or
• use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We may restrict access, revoke sessions, remove content, or delete accounts when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Café Julia, or the service.

Café Julia content

The Café Julia name, logo, website design, text, photographs, illustrations, and other site content belong to Café Julia or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, Google Analytics, Messenger, Instagram, email, and other third-party services are operated independently. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Café Julia is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.

Website availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be incomplete, unavailable, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website and saved-inquiry service are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Café Julia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Rights and remedies relating to an accepted order may also be governed by its specific terms and applicable law.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion from the Order & Inquiries page. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any protections that apply to you under mandatory law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns directly.
