Café Julia’s first dessert buffet for 100 guests

On December 17, 2022, Café Julia recorded a clear milestone: its first-ever dessert buffet setup for 100 guests. The client named in the post was the USTP Alumni Association.

A hundred-guest table changes the scale of the work. Even without inventing a menu or behind-the-scenes details, the number explains what had to grow: the quantity prepared, the space arranged, and the responsibility of making the display hold together for a larger room.
